The Chicago Stock Exchange Building was designed by the legendary Adler and Sullivan in 1893. The main entrance arch was defined by Louis Sullivan’s remarkable terra cotta ornament. Though the building was demolished in 1972, the arch was saved and erected outside the Art Institute of Chicago.
