This spectacular building, home to the Emperor’s Choice restaurant, is detailed in stunning 1920s terra cotta depicting dragons, water dogs, storks, and a host of other Chinese-inspired imagery. The architects were Michaelsen & Rognstad, a favorite firm for Chinatown business—the also designed the famous Pui Tak center just up the street.
